BEYOND THE WORK

Shawn enjoys travel, event planning, and helping others prepare to lead and present with confidence. She is an avid cook, enjoys time on the water, and takes great pride in her family, especially her 4 grandsons. Shawn is married to Michael McShane, retired Head Coach of Norwich University Men’s Ice Hockey, they divide their time between Montpelier, VT, Portsmouth, NH, and Stuart, FL
